litigation

Litigation is as varied as the types of issues involved. Mr. Nogee represents clients and tries cases in New York State Supreme Court, Surrogate’s Court, Civil Court and District Court, as well as in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Nogee represents individuals as well as corporations and other entities, developing and litigating creative legal theories to solve new or unique problems.
